Refund and Cancellation Policy

An activation that has not yet been confirmed against a bank transfer can be cancelled by contacting Homes on Demand. Nothing has been charged at that point.

The activation fee covers the design licence, pricing work and project set-up already performed, and is treated as non-refundable unless Homes on Demand cannot deliver for a reason within its control. Amounts held against future milestones are handled case by case and reflected in the project ledger.

This policy describes how the platform operates today. It is drafted for legal review and will be updated as the platform and its partner agreements mature.
