Home Activation Policy

Activation converts a selected design into a delivery project. It creates a project record with a serial number, a milestone schedule and a financial ledger, and assigns the project into the delivery pipeline.

The delivery price and the activation fee are set by Homes on Demand and stored in the platform's published pricing records. They are calculated on the server at the moment of activation. A price shown in a browser cannot change what is charged.

A design can only be activated where a published price exists for the chosen state and city. Estate designs can only be activated for their estate. Concept designs cannot be activated.

Where land is offered, the land price is separate from the home delivery price. Neither includes the other unless the platform states so explicitly.

Activation payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown with your activation reference. A project moves forward only after an administrator confirms the transfer against that reference.

This policy describes how the platform operates today. It is drafted for legal review and will be updated as the platform and its partner agreements mature.
